Mitt Romney came to Idaho Falls this weekend, and since we are so politically involved, we went to a rally at the airport. I'll give you the play-by-play.
They told us it started at 3:30, but it actually didn't start until 4:30, so we just waited...and waited...
Oh, look! I see him! There he is!
Oh my goodness, he's coming this way! Wow, he's cute.
Holy Hannah! The perks of having a baby! (Everyone started snapping pictures, so he is looking at someone else who he thinks is my husband. That's okay, we'll forgive you, Mitt.)
Can you believe he touched my shoulder! And can you believe he's 60?
Afterwards they were selling "Romney Beer" (also known as root beer) for only $10! What a steal! So of course we got one.

Yes!!! We are way jealous. If we had known it could be so much fun we would have gone to see Mitt when he came to the Brown Palace Hotel, Denver on Thursday. Man, Oh, Man!!! Doesn't he know he's suppossed to pick up the baby and kiss her? We're going to show off Mackay, Mom, and Mitt Romney at the High Priest Social tonight.

That is so neat!! Definitely something you can tell Mackay about as she gets older (especially if, hopefully, Mitt Romney wins!!). Nate's mom sent my mom the link and she sent it to us. It's also fun to see all of the cute pictures that you put up of Mackay...she is so adorable!!
